Zen in Ten is a proactive program designed to foster positive communication skills in the classroom. It is designed to take very little time adding no stresses to a busy teacher’s workload, all the while teaching positive communication skills and having students reflect on how they can be a positive contributor to their community. Each recording is accompanied by a work sheet and group activity, or in the case of a more spiritually directed classroom, a prayer.
